Fundraise - with the emphasis on FUN!

Dress down day

Sometimes the simple ideas are the best, but it’s always fun to complicate them a bit too!  Why not have a dress-down/non uniform day with a Ugandan theme.  Get people to wear the colours of the Ugandan flag - red, yellow and black - and pay a small fee for the privilege.  Try getting everyone to make a human flag at lunchtime - and don’t forget to send us your pics!

Spill the beans...
A great idea for schools.  Make a display of a giant bean can, lid open and lying on its side.  Sell cut-outs of beans for 50p or £1 each and allow pupils, parents and staff to send a beanie message to classmates or family.  Put the beans up on the display for all to see.  Make the most of Christmas, Valentine’s Day, good luck messages for exams or any other excuse you need!
